Dr. Lance Miller, Dr. Anthony Hoang and Dr. Olivia Fleischer welcome you to Brownstown Dental (formerly Brownstown Family Dental). After our first year as Brownstown Dental, we are pleased to continue to improve the patient experience with the latest treatment methods to meet your dental needs.

Dr. Anthony Hoang
"Dr. Anthony Hoang, who is often known to his patients as “Dr. Tony,” grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Washington & Jefferson College in 2018 before earning his doctorate degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2024.
Following dental school, Dr. Tony began practicing as an associate at Merit Dental in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, where he spent two years developing his clinical skills in restorative and surgical dentistry. His primary clinical interests include implant dentistry, restorative treatment, and oral surgery.
Dr. Tony believes that excellent dentistry begins with patient education and comfort. He takes the time to ensure his patients understand their treatment plans, the reasoning behind recommended procedures, and all available options so they can feel confident in their care. His goal is to provide high-quality dentistry while creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tony enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. His hobbies include snowboarding, weightlifting, hiking, and playing pickleball. He is also an avid Pokémon card collector. He lives with his two dogs, Mochi and Boba."
Dr. Lance S. Miller
A native of Newville, PA, Dr. Lance S. Miller attended Big Spring High School where he was a three sport athlete in soccer, swimming, and baseball. Dr. Miller also achieved the Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, fly tying and spending time with his wife, Mandi, and his sons, Owen and Max.
Dr. Miller earned his B.S. in Biology from Millersville University where he also played on the Marauder baseball team.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University's Dental school where he was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Miller is the third generation to attend Temple's Dental school, following his father and grandfather in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Miller completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital of Pittsburgh, receiving advanced training in oral surgery, implant placement and restorations, endodontics, and fixed and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Miller takes pride in providing the latest and most advanced treatment to his patients. He looks forward to working with staff, and providing individual and personal care to the patients at Brownstown Dental and Willow Street Dental.
Dr. Olivia Fleischer grew up in Bangor, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor's degree from Juniata College in 2016. She then earned her doctorate degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry in 2020, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Isadore Auerbach Memorial Award for academic and clinical excellence. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Fleischer went into private practice as an associate in Massachusetts, where she spent four years improving her skills in preventative, restorative, crown/bridge, denture, surgical, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Fleischer believes in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach when it comes to patient care. She enjoys educating and discussing all possible treatment options with her patients in order to create the best possible outcomes for them. Her main goals are patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. Fleischer moved back to her home state of Pennsylvania in 2024, and currently resides in Lititz with her husband Benjamin and their dog Sully. They are expecting their first son in July. In her spare time, Dr. Fleischer enjoys traveling, swimming, crocheting, and baking.

In and out in no time. Repaired a filling I received elsewhere. Was told by other practice I would need a root canal. Brownstown removed the existing filling and replaced with a new one no problem. Great staff as well, and clean facility!
